• Account & Security: Within your profile, locate and select the "Account & Security" option. This is where you will find details related to your Account and Login information.

To update your password, follow these steps:

• Go to Account & Security by clicking on the profile icon.
• Choose the option for "Change password."
• Enter your "Current Password."
• Set your desired "New Password."
• Confirm the new password by entering it again in the "Confirm Password" field.
• Click on the "Save" button.
• A prompt will appear asking, "Do you wish to save these changes?" Choose either "Yes" or "No."
• If you select "Yes," your password changes will be saved successfully.

You will be redirected to the login page, where you can use your updated password to log in.

• Confirmation Message: You will receive a message stating "Changes saved successfully." Click on the "OK" button to acknowledge the message and continue.

• Confirm Deletion: After entering your password, you will be asked to confirm your decision. Please select "Yes" to confirm that you want to proceed with deleting your account.

Please note that once your account is deleted, all your purchases and associated data will be permanently lost.

If you purchase both the Hindi and English language packs, we are delighted to inform you that you can indeed use these languages on separate devices. Specifically, you can access your Hindi language pack on your primary device, while enjoying the English language pack on your secondary device. This will allow you to tailor your experience to your language preferences seamlessly.

You can access your language pack on 2 devices simultaneously. 

This includes both Mobile and Desktop apps.

Notifications are the alerts that keep you informed about the latest updates on our platform. Whether it is a language pack purchase, an exciting eBook addition, or important platform updates, we will send you notifications to keep you informed.

You will receive alerts about the Scheduled Maintenance, Language pack purchase, the new addition of an eBook/Audio Book to the language pack, and some other important platform updates.

All notifications can be found on the Notification screen.

To access them, click the bell icon at the top right corner of the Home / eBook/ Audio/More screen.

This way, you can see all notifications even if you have turned off mobile notifications for the Transcend app.

You can delete notifications in two ways:

• Delete All Notifications: Tap the "Delete" button at the top right corner of the notifications screen to remove all notifications.
• Delete Individual Notifications: Swipe left on the notification you want to delete, then tap the delete button.

If you have turned off mobile notifications for the Transcend app, you will not receive maintenance updates on your device. However, you can still view these updates in the Notifications screen by tapping the bell icon at the top right corner of the Home / eBook/ Audio/More screen.

A Web App runs on a browser, while a Desktop App is installed on your computer or laptop, like a mobile app.
The Web App typically requires users to log in on every visit. In contrast, the Desktop App allows you to log in once and start reading immediately on every new visit by simply clicking the Transcend app icon—no need to log in again.

While both versions support essential reading features, the Desktop App offers additional functionalities such as selecting text, adding highlights, copying/pasting in app, creating notes, and adding flashcards, which are not available in the Web App.

Yes. Audio playback automatically resumes from the point where you last stopped on your mobile or desktop app.

Yes. You can use your car’s steering-mounted buttons to Play, Pause, Skip to Next, or Go to Previous tracks. 

No. All notifications related to audio playback will only appear on your mobile app, not on the CarPlay or Android Auto interface. 

Yes. The interface is designed to minimize distractions and follows Apple CarPlay and Android Auto safety and design guidelines.

There is no text-based search. However, you can browse audiobooks alphabetically by selecting letters from A to Z, which sorts the list accordingly. 

No. Siri voice commands are not supported currently. 

No. Bluetooth connection progress or status indicators are not available in the current version. 

No. SP Lectures are not supported in the current version of CarPlay or Android Auto integration. 

The Donate feature allows devotees in India to financially support Transcend’s initiatives through secure online donations on the Transcend website.

Only Indian citizens making donations from within India, using Indian bank accounts, are permitted to donate through the Transcend Store website.

Donations classified as Foreign Contribution under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA) are not accepted through this platform.

You can find the Donate button:

• Under the About section
• Under the Connect with Us section

No. You can donate with or without logging in.
However, if you log in, your donation history will be saved in your profile.

You can choose from three donation options:

• Gita Daan
• Transcend Language Pack
• General Donation

By default, General Donation is selected.

Gita Daan allows you to donate Bhagavad Gita books in selected languages to support distribution initiatives.

You can:

• Select a language from the dropdown.
• Choose a predefined option (for example, 101 books for ₹34,946.00), or
• Enter a custom number of books.

The total amount is calculated automatically.

Yes. You can select a preferred Seva date for your donation. Selecting a Seva date is optional.

This option allows you to donate Transcend Language Packs to support content availability in multiple languages.

There are 11 languages available to choose from.

You can:

• Choose from predefined options (for example, 11 packs for ₹77,000), or
• Enter a custom number of language packs.

You can donate for one language at a time.

The total amount is calculated automatically.

General Donation allows you to contribute a fixed or custom amount to support Transcend initiatives.

You can:

• Select from predefined amounts (₹10,001, ₹21,000, ₹51,000, ₹1,08,000), or
• Enter a custom amount.

Only one option can be selected at a time.

You need to provide:

• Name
• Email address
• Mobile number
• PAN number
• Date of Birth (optional)
• Seva Date (optional)

Yes. After successful payment. 

• A Thank You page is displayed. 
• A donation receipt is sent to your registered email address.
• Logged-in users can also access receipts via Profile → Donations.

Yes. The maximum donation amount per transaction is ₹5,00,000, as per payment gateway limits.
